Small and smaller

Nu har den lilla, lilla chihuahuan fått en något större kompis. Precis samma mönster, men gjord i ett tjockare, dubbelt garn och större virknål. Från början skulle hundarna ha olika färg för att man skulle se vilken som tillhörde vilket barn. Men sedan kändes det inte nödvändigt...

Now the little, little chihuahua has received a bigger friend. Exactly the same pattern, only a thicker yarn and double threads and a bigger crochet hook. To start with, the dogs would have different colours for us to be able to see which dog belongd to which child. But then it didn't feel necessary...

Det har varit perfekt att ha något att jobba på, samtidigt som jag suttit i soffan och hållt sonen sällskap. Han har varit både febrig och magsjuk i ett par dagar, men nu ikväll är han piggare. Istället sitter dottern med feberrosiga kinder... Får väl sticka eller virka något annat när jag sitter hos henne då.

It's been perfect to have something to work with, as I've been sitting in the couch, keeping my son company. He's both had fever and been sick to the stomach for a couple of days, but tonight he seems to be feeling better. Instead, my daughter is sitting here with cheeks red from fever... Guess I'll have to knit or crochet something else, keeping her company then.
